This policy explains what information Apex Digital (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be straightforward about it.

What we collect

  • Details you give us — when you submit the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, use the exit-intent offer, or chat with our AI assistant (by text or voice), we collect what you share: typically your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number and your message or conversation.
  • Usage & device data — pages viewed, buttons clicked, approximate location (derived from your IP address), browser and device type, language and time zone. This helps us understand what visitors find useful.
  • Cookies & similar tech — used for privacy- friendly product analytics to understand usage and improve the site (see “Your choices”).

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and follow up about our services.
  • To improve the website and understand which services interest visitors.
  • To send you updates only if you opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).

We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for automated decisions that affect you.

Who we share it with

We use a few trusted service providers purely to run the site, and share data with them only as needed:

  • MongoDB Atlas — stores enquiries securely.
  • PostHog — privacy-friendly product analytics.
  • Google (Gmail) — delivers enquiry notifications to our team.
  • OpenAI — powers the AI chat and voice assistant.
  • IP geolocation — turns an IP into an approximate city/region.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, and analytics data for a limited period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices & rights

You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser’s cookie controls, or by emailing us to opt out. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and similar laws, you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us and we’ll action it.
